How far in advance should I place my order?
Please place your order at least 3 days in advance to your collection/delivery date, as we bake everything to order. You may place your order up to 1 month in advance.
We may be able to accomodate last minute orders, do check in with us by dropping us an email email@example.com or reaching out to us through our social media platforms!
Do you do dessert tables, large events, charity bake sales or customised orders?
Yes! We can do dessert tables, large events, charity bake sales or customised orders?
We are more than happy to help create the perfect dessert table for your special occasion. Similarly, we are open to working in events such as festivals, bake sales, farmers markets etc.!
We are also willing to participate in charity bake sales where profits are given to a credible charity or organisation!

How do I make payment?
Payment can be made via
Paynow, PayLah! or Bank Transfer.
Please make payment within 24hrs of receiving your email notice. Please indicate your N
ame and Order No. that can be found in your email confirmation when making payment.
What is BYOC? How does it work?
BYOC means Bring Your Own Container. We encourage you to bring your own containers to store your goods! We hope to promote a more sustainable way of doing business and promoting a circular economy. BYOC is available for both self-collection and delivery.
We advice you to bring big containers for BYO! For every order, there will be a 50c discount if you BYOC!
Any cancellations made 3 days to delivery/collection date will receive a full refund.
Any cancellations made 36hrs to delivery/collection date will only receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellations made less than 24hrs to delivery/collectiondate will not receive a refund.
