We are making our own vegan rendition of a pandan cake! Bring back nostalgic flavours and memories with this classic Asian flavour. 


Usually when people think of pandan, you think of the cream and eggs that are used to complement the flavour. But this all vegan layered cake is a healthier option for you! Made with fresh pandan leaves and homemade pandan extract, this cake is light yet full of flavour. The flavours in this cake really reminds me of Kueh Salat, a nonya dessert I missed since being vegan.
